This is one of the most beautiful things I've ever read. Really insightful and confirming a lot of the things I've thought. I'm doing research into end of life desires to support people living with these conditions. I looked after my dear friend Tony in his final months and we just enabled whatever it was he wanted to do and it aligns so well with these stories. Brought me to tears thank you for collating these.
