New to all this and really struggling to cope... I feel like I'm dying inside never any time its like something is round my neck and I can't get air.

I am sorry to read that you feel that you are struggling to cope and that you feel that something is around your neck. The Community is a safe place for you to share your feelings and hopefully others will share with you how they feel.
