Fundraising in memory of my husband

My husband has died after 50 wonderful years of marriage, now, after 9 months, I am just beginning to see through the pain and recall all the happiness we shared together. I have started to sort his clothes to donate to Marie curie shop and registered for gift aid, is there any way I can keep a track of amounts raised in donations to his memory. I also had a collection for Marie curie at his funeral and the amount raised has been acknowledged by you. Donating will be an ongoing process and is very painful. Thank you 😢

We’re sorry to read about the death of your husband and all you’re going through.

Thank you so much for supporting Marie Curie through donations to our shops and a collection at the funeral in memory of your husband – that is ever so kind of you. 

We have spoken to our retail team who have confirmed that they usually contact donors at the end of the financial year if their donations raise over £20 in that tax year which runs from the 6th April to 5th April the following year. If someone has raised under £20 in a year for 3 years the team will then contact the donor at the end of the third year. 

We're so grateful for your support and hopefully this will enable you to keep track of the amount raised.
